βœ… Eligibility for Return or Exchange

You can request a return or exchange within 6 days of receiving your order under the following conditions:

  • The item must be unused, uninstalled, and in its original packaging.

  • You must provide a clear picture or video of the product showing the issue (damage, defect, wrong item, or fitting issue).

  • The request must be submitted within 6 days from the delivery date.

We offer exchanges in the following cases:

  • Product does not fit your car (model mismatch).

  • Received the wrong product.

  • Product is defective or damaged during delivery.

Once approved, we will arrange for a pickup or ask you to ship the product back (based on your location), and send the correct replacement.

A refund will be issued in the following situations:

  • The product is damaged, defective, or not as described, and a replacement is not available.

  • You do not wish to exchange and prefer a refund (upon return approval).

  • Refunds are processed to the original payment method within 5–7 business days after we receive and inspect the returned item.

Note: Shipping charges (if any) are non-refundable.

We do not accept returns for:

  • Customized or made-to-order products.

  • Products damaged due to misuse or incorrect installation.

  • Items returned after 6 days of delivery.
