β Eligibility for Return or Exchange
You can request a return or exchange within 6 days of receiving your order under the following conditions:

The item must be unused, uninstalled, and in its original packaging.

You must provide a clear picture or video of the product showing the issue (damage, defect, wrong item, or fitting issue).

The request must be submitted within 6 days from the delivery date.
π Exchange Policy
We offer exchanges in the following cases:

Product does not fit your car (model mismatch).

Received the wrong product.

Product is defective or damaged during delivery.
Once approved, we will arrange for a pickup or ask you to ship the product back (based on your location), and send the correct replacement.
πΈ Refund Policy
A refund will be issued in the following situations:

The product is damaged, defective, or not as described, and a replacement is not available.

You do not wish to exchange and prefer a refund (upon return approval).

Refunds are processed to the original payment method within 5β7 business days after we receive and inspect the returned item.
Note: Shipping charges (if any) are non-refundable.
βNon-Returnable Items
We do not accept returns for:

Customized or made-to-order products.

Products damaged due to misuse or incorrect installation.
